Mitchell Lowe is a founding partner of CAG. He has more than two decades of experience in political, governmental, and corporate strategy development and implementation.

John Burris is a partner at CAG. Before joining the firm in 2015, John was a term-limited member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, where he represented areas of northern Arkansas for three terms.

Nicole Gillum joined Capitol Advisors Group as general counsel in 2018. In addition to working as a full-time lobbyist, she provides legal guidance on clients’ regulatory and legislative issues.
