Holland Burton recently returned to Arkansas after more than a decade working in politics, government, and business in the Washington, DC area.  Prior to joining CAG, Holland served on the successful re-election campaign of President George W. Bush as a Deputy Regional Political Director.  After the campaign she was a senior level appointee to the Department of Defense from 2005-2008.

Holland was a vice president of advocacy at McBee Strategic Consulting in Washington, D.C. providing strategic business planning and political advocacy services to emerging growth and Fortune 500 clients.

Before heading to Washington, Holland began her career in Little Rock working for Alltel Communications. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in business management. Holland lives in Little Rock with her husband, Scott, and their three children.
